At UPP we strive for your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Contact Us : Send an email to our customer service team at info@upp.store with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Packaging : Make sure the products are unopened and in their original condition.
3. Shipping : Please return the package to our address, which you will receive via email.

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless it is an error on our part. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
